Demand Lists > Demand List Icons

When looking at the Demand List, you'll note the use of certain icons to convey information. This topic details the icons you'll find and where.

Where do icons appear on Demand Lists

Some of the columns on the left hand side of the Work List show icons that describe the status of the demand.

These column headers look like this:

Column Header Icons

The Actions column contains the icon, which is used to see the actions that can be performed on a Demand directly from the Demand List.

Action Flag	Based on the actions that have occurred on the demand, it is now your turn to do something. Click the Action Flag to see information regarding the Action Flag.
Diary Flag	When the flag is grey, it represents an 'active' diary on the demand. Click the Diary Flag to see information regarding the active diary.
Message Flag	An unread message is waiting for you on this demand. Click the Message Flag to see the waiting message. Use the Clear Message Flag link to remove the message flag.
Task Indicator	One or more unfinished tasks exist on this demand. Click the Task Indicator to see the waiting message. Note: You'll get the same effect by clicking a Task Indicator that shows complete (the green checkmark). However, you'll note that the status for all tasks will be COMPLETE.
Task Complete Indicator	Indicates that all tasks on a demand are complete.
Arbitration Flag	When the Arbitration flag is present, the demand has been sent to arbitration. Click the Arbitration Flag to see information regarding the existing arbitration case.
Actions Icons	Click this icon to see a menu of actions that are available to be performed on a Demand directly from the Demand List.
