The following changes were implemented during December:
The current user will now see an icon in the header to indicate their relationship to the current demand. Additionally, your company name and the claim number will be shown in blue text. |
Changes have been made within the Administration function to ease the selection of Business Units when a large number of Business Units exists. |
To prevent the loss of information, functionality has been added to E-Subro Hub which will prompt the user should they attempt to navigate to another AF page (using the top level menu) without saving changed data on that page. |
The Assign to User and Assign to Business Unit functions have been updated to include a method for optionally entering an internal comment at the time of assignment. |
Auto-Close / Auto-Print will automatically close and/or print a demand at predetermined steps based on the the E-Subro Hub Configuration (Administration > Company Preferences > E-Subro Preferences > E-Subro Hub Configuration tab) options chosen by an administrator. If configured for Auto-Close, the system will display an Auto-Close checkbox option on the Damages & Liability tab that can be used to override the automatic closure for that specific demand. |
