You can assign a task by choosing the applicable task for the user and by filling out the user search section.
Begin by selecting a task from the drop down menu.
You begin the assignment by entering the user search criteria.
After you finish entering the criteria, click Search Profiles. From the list generated you will be able to select a user. If you leave all the fields empty and click Search Profiles then all users will be displayed in a list format. Locate the desired user and click the Assign to User button next to the user you would like to assign to. |
Once you click assign to user a confirm assignment of task to user is displayed. This is simply to confirm the name and email address of the person you picked. The Message field provides a way of conveying an additional message to the assignee. This field is not required. The available buttons for this screen are as follows:
