There are three ways to access E-Subro Hub:

Login User

A Login User is a user who has been given a specific User ID and Password.

Authentication is required to log in to the Arbitration Forums web site (of which E-Subro Hub is a part). A common way to authenticate is via the use a User ID and a Password.

Your Security Administrator controls the user names and passwords used by your company. See your supervisor if you have not been assigned a User ID and Password.

To Log In:

1.	Start by clicking your company's internal link to the Arbitration Forums web site, or navigate to www.arbfile.org.

2.	In the upper right hand corner, type your User ID and Password and click Login

3.	Once you are logged on to the AF web site, use the E-Subro menu item to access subrogation functions.

Auto-Login User

An Auto-Login user does not need a User ID or Password. In the case of an Auto-Login User, authentication occurs in the background (between the Customer Company and Arbitration Forums).

If your company uses Auto-Login, you will be provided a link which will take you directly into the AF web site.

Once you are logged on to the AF web site, use the E-Subro menu item to access subrogation functions.
