As a person who is looking to complete a task you will have to modify the filter to display tasks that are assigned to you and click on the task you wish to perform. Tasks that have been assigned to you can be accessed through the E-Subro menu ➔ My Demands ➔ My Work List or E-Subro menu ➔ My Tasks.
Click Show Filter Details to open the filter. Use the filters in the Task Filter page to narrow the list of tasks. This lets you view only those that matter to you.

After the filter has been applied, tasks and task statuses are shown in the list. The task name in the Task column displays as a link. Click the task name (e.g. Verify Damage Amounts) to move directly to the page where the task information exists. TPA column notes if the demand is being handled by a TPA. |
1. Attach Evidence: Access the demand from E-Subro ➔ My Tasks ➔ Demand or Task Name link. Review the task message on the Evidence tab. Complete the task then click Flag Complete command. 2. Verify Damage Amount: Access the demand from E-Subro ➔ My Tasks ➔ Demand or Task Name link. Review the task message on the Damages Worksheet page. Edit the worksheet if appropriate. Change the Task Status: Open, In Process, Completed. 3. Verify Liability Decision: Access the demand from E-Subro ➔ My Tasks ➔ Demand or Task Name link. Review the task message on the Liability Worksheet page. Edit the worksheet if appropriate. Complete the task by clicking Flag Task Complete. |
