When you wish to mark a demand as FNOL, you are required to add a message to document the file. Once this action has been taken on a demand you cannot use this action again on the same demand.

This can be accomplished by choosing the Negotiate menu ➔ FNOL.

Enter your message and click Mark as FNOL to commit the change.
