Demand Actions > Demander Actions

The Responder can choose to deny the demand. This action communicates to the Demander that you are unwilling to accept liability for the incident (Responder Liability is set to 0%), and that you are unwilling to pay anything on this demand (Total Response is set to $0.00).

Denying an Offer

For communication reasons, its best to choose a Reason for Denial.

A Negotiation Message is required on the Deny action.

After making the appropriate selection and entering a message, click Deny to commit the action.

Note: this action will put an Action Flag to the opposing party.
